About the business

Fabiano is a company with many years of experience in the trade of women’s and men’s shoes and bags.
They have developed physical stores and an online store.

We started working with Fabiano.bg online store in the beginning of 2023.
Up to that point, the client had advertised on Google Ads, but without achieving satisfactory results.

The problem: The client was faced with the need to optimize digital marketing, reach a greater number of orders fulfilled through the online store and greater return on spend. What results we achieved and how we reached them, we will tell in the following pages.

Our Work

We started with a detailed introduction to the business and the products on offer.
Then we analyzed the previous results, studied the competition in detail, determined the strategy to follow and started preparing the Google Ads campaigns.
We also advised the client to migrate to a new platform and aim to increase sales and improve user navigation and experience on the site.
With our assistance and guidance, in March 2023, the site switched from Joomla to Merchant Pro.

We started with test campaigns, analyzed customer behavior, tracked how different campaign types performed and what results we achieved with them.
Subsequently, we focused on the campaigns that worked best for the business and achieved the best results.

With the different ad formats we relied on and optimization to build on the results, we were able to increase sales and revenue, decrease cost per order and increase ROAS several times over.

Comparing on a period basis 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2023 and 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024, these are the results we achieved:

Increase in sales by 79.03%
Increase in turnover by 126.36%
Increase in ROAS by 71.67%
We reduced the cost per order by 36.66%
