About the Business

MATTRO is a company established in 2010 and has many years of experience in the production and marketing of mattresses and bedroom products. They have developed physical stores and an online store.

How we started working together

We started working with MATTRO.NET online store in 2019. Up to this point, the client had been advertising on Google Ads, but without achieving satisfactory results.

The problem: The client was faced with the need to optimize digital marketing, reach a higher number of completed orders through the online store and a greater return on spend.
The actions and results we achieved will be shown in the following lines.

Our Work​

First, we took a detailed look at the business and the products being produced and offered.
As a second step, we studied the competitors in detail and analyzed the results that the online store had achieved in previous periods. As a final step, we determined the strategy to follow and started preparing the advertising campaigns by testing different audiences and advertising campaign types. We also assisted the client to transition to a new platform and goal of increasing sales and improving user navigation and experience on the site.
With our assistance, the site transitioned to the Magento platform in early 2023.

After building a strategy to follow, we began testing different audiences and test campaigns. We aimed to analyze customer behavior and performance of different types of ad campaigns in the account to maximize results. Subsequently, we focused on the campaigns that worked best for the business and achieved the best results.

The Results

With the different ad formats we relied on and optimization to build on the results, we were able to increase sales, increase revenue, decrease cost per order and increase ROAS several times over.

Comparison based on the period 01.03.2023 – 31.10.2023 and 01.03.2024 – 31.10.2024

The results we achieved are as follows:
Increase in the number of orders by 81.98%
Increase in revenue by 121.94%
Increase in ROAS by 64.30%
We reduced the cost per order by 21.41%

In the advertising account of MATTRO.NET we rely on the advertising formats Performance Max, Search, Dynamic. We always optimize against the results and analyze the data we receive so that our ads resonate as much as possible with the potential customers of the business.
