New website for the most developed industrial project in Bulgaria – TEZ

“Trakia Economic Zone” (TEZ) is the most developed industrial cluster in Bulgaria with a total area of 10 700 000 m2 and investment of over 1.5 bln euros. TEZ consists of 6 industrial parks that have attracted more than 140 international and domestic companies. TEZ is “one-stop shop” solution for investors to establish new or expand existing businesses in Bulgaria. TEZ offers a wide range of services – from Build-To-Suit construction to full investment project management.

Tendrik developed a new website entirely consistent with the current web trends and the project’s identity in order to give the opportunity to the customers to get acquainted in detail with TEZ’s activities and services.

The website’s extremely informative, contains details about all the TEZ’s activities, projects and news, and has an intuitive user interface and easy navigation. For this purpose we chose one of the most preferred online platforms – WordPress. We chose it because it provides a huge range of features and functionalities, and is famous for its easy use, its simplicity, dynamics and wide options for customization it offers.

One of our most important tasks was the design of the website. It had to be proper for a project of this magnitude. We not only created a responsive design that is consistent with the current tendencies, but managed to make it look modern and interesting. We took care of the design of all promotional materials – brochures, business cards, and so on, we created a new logo and used a new color palette that fit the project’s goal and mission.

All the maps on the website were drawn and/or improved.

On the homepage, for example, you can see a video slider, hover effect on all the major project’s activities, and an interactive map, showing the different areas in which the different projects take place, and detailed information about them.

We created the corporate presentation serving to present and promote the project to various organizations, conferences, and events.

Among the integrated functionalities are:

• Multilingual website – both Bulgarian and English versions are available;
• Created a creative and interesting 404 page (we have told you about it in this article);
• A list with all the supporting organizations and municipalities;
• Users can subscribe to the special newsletter;
• Detailed information about all the projects;
• Connected the website with Google Analytics
• Embeded Google Maps.

With the official launch of the website, we focused on its optimization. At the moment we are taking care of the initial SEO, including creating a sitemap, adding meta descriptions to all the pages, optimizing the speed of the website, and more.
